The Imagine the Possibilities Career Expo was held Oct. 6-7 at the BancorpSouth Arena in Tupelo,MS.

At the ArchitectureSouth sponsored booth, 8th grade students drew a type of space out of a bowl, such as a library, high-end restaurant, etc. then they were challenged to select finishes to try to depict that space.

Summerford honored for AFH Services support of National Guard



Marilyn Sumerford accepted the Seven Seals Award for the Tupelo Clinic of Access Family Health Services during an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves awards program in Jackson.  The state-wide award is given to employers who support and accommodate employees who actively serve in the Army National Guard.  Many active duty reservists have been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in recent years, and all are required to participate in weekend drills and other special training.  This award recognizes the willingness of AFH Services of Tupelo to patriotically facilitate these necessary duties.

Two physicians at the Tupelo AFH Clinic, Dr. Kevin Koehler and Dr. Brian Friloux are active reservists.  AFH Clinic Tupelo provides community-based services for a large area population of veterans and has veteran representation on its governing board.

Wellspring Center for Professional Futures

Blue Springs, MS

The Wellspring Center for Professional Futures in Blue Springs, Mississippi is a campus offering highly skilled classes covering a variety of professional careers to high school students from Pontotoc, Lee and Union Counties.  The campus master plan covers 44 acres which includes five buildings totaling 125,000 square and landscaped parking.  The campus also includes a walking track, an outdoor observation area, common areas, and a centrally located pond.
